I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, it was evident that the staff had a severe language barrier, making communication nearly impossible. Despite booking through "Booking," they insisted I pay again, causing unnecessary stress. The condition of the hotel is appalling, with a foul odor permeating the entire place, an abundance of mosquitoes infesting the room, peeling paint on the walls, and a restroom that rivals the worst of prison facilities. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Clean and large rooms, ac works fine and the rooms aren't noisy. Close to Surat Thani hospital which is a plus if you have to go there.

Room is new, clean and spacious. Wifi is available. However, they make it difficult for you to connect to it. You have to key in the user name and password every 15 minutes. The password is a string of random number that is difficult for you to remember.
